Entering a "Target" Asset Division Suppose you want to divide your assets overall with you keeping 60% and your spouse keeping 40%. In that case, you would enter "60" in the row near the bottom labeled "Enter the % of total you wish you to have." This calculator will then automatically calculate the percent you wish your spouse to have. Then this calculator will automatically calculate how close you are to that division.
