Fathers After the Divorce
Here are some numbers from the
Wallerstein study
about involvement
with the fathers, especially of adolescents.

Almost half the women between ages of 19 and 23 saw their
fathers once a month or more, usually in restaurants.
-
During adolescence, over 1/3 of the children went to live with the father.
-
Half those moved back after 1 year or less, concluding that they
had been chasing a fantasy.
